Had bad lower back problems that I frequently tweaked during workouts. I had multiple flare ups a week. With Travis’ help I haven’t had low back pain in I can’t remember how long! He also helped me lose 30lbs and gain a ton of knowledge and strength �. So thankful for his help!
I have been working out with Travis for almost 5 years. The first thing he asks at the beginning of each workout is how my body is feeling today. If I have any trouble spots or aches he will work on those first. I feel I have avoided doctor visits because Travis fixes my aches through my workout. He has cured or improved my plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel and other issues through specific exercises.
He never repeats workouts and always keeps things interesting! Even though we may repeat exercises, he always takes the time to demonstrate first to make sure they are done correctly.
I have improved my balance, core strength and muscle tone since working out with Travis. He is flexible with rescheduling when things come up. His gym provides many different types of weight equipment, resistance bands and other gadgets to work every part of your body. Again, the workout is ever-changing and never gets dull! And he’s always adding new tools to help his clients.
If you are considering a personal trainer, I highly recommend Travis Davis. It’s hard to not show up when you are scheduled with a trainer as opposed to going to a gym on your own. He is very knowledgeable and professional. You won’t be disappointed
Great place for one on one personal training set up just for me! Travis has helped me to improve my balance and worked on areas to increase strength and mobility/flexibility. Also developed a program to helped recover from a long time shoulder issue. I would recommend him to any age who is looking for a workout experience for long term gain with a personal coach.
